Mattew Farrell, 2005
Wake Forest Rugby taught me more than just the game—it instilled in me the values of teamwork, peer leadership, and camaraderie that have defined my career in the US Navy. As a Commander today, I still draw on the lessons I learned on the field, proving that the bonds and discipline of rugby last a lifetime.

Mark Northam, 1976
"Rugby dominates my memory of good times at WFU. Wake Forest Rugby didn’t just teach us the game — it gave us our closest friends, our toughest scars, and our best stories. It shaped who we became, both on and off the pitch."

Cameron May, 2023
“Rugby was an incredible way to stay in shape, build lasting friendships, and feel part of a strong community. I’m especially grateful for how the sport connected me to people I still keep in touch with to this day. The weekend trips out of state were some of the best memories of college — they brought us closer together as a team and made every season unforgettable.”
